General FAQs

Do I need to buy a ticket for the festival or event as well as my Glamping booking?
Yes, you will need to purchase event tickets separately. (Unless stated differently on the event website).
This is different for each event. Please check the event website for details of arrival times etc. We email all customers with arrival information and final arrangements a couple of weeks before the event. So keep an eye out for your welcome email.
Please bring a copy of your booking confirmation.
Please see the description for what comes with each package. This can be found at the bottom of each event booking page. We recommend you bring a torch, lots of cosy bed wear, warm bedding if you are bringing your own and extra blankets as it can get chilly in the evenings.
We allow a well behaved dog to stay in our tents but please check the regulations for your specific event as not all events allow pets.
For some events we offer electric hook up in your tent as an optional extra. At some events we have communal areas that offer charging facilities for phones and cameras. Please see the event booking page for information on what is offered at which event.
At some events we offer a pamper tent with hairdryers and mirrors. Please see the event booking page for information on what is offered at which event.
There will be a Bell Tent reception at each event. Opening times vary from event to event but usually this is open from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Please see your welcome email for more details.

Please let us know either in the notes section of your booking form or in email to info@brookbelltents.co.uk and we will do our best to allocate you next door to each other if possible.

If we are pitched in an exclusive area then only guests with the correct wristband will be permitted. This is because all our guests have paid for exclusive use of the services and communal areas within the glamping area.
