You will be able to park in our designated Glamping car park and our staff will be on hand to help with your luggage if needed. Throughout your stay you will be able to enjoy complimentary tea and coffee in our hospitality tent which will also have a number of shared fridges for your use. In addition you can kick back and relax in our sumptuously decorated Chill Out Tent whilst charging your phone. We will also be providing a Pamper Tent for your use kitted out with dressing tables mirrors and hairdryers.
You will also have access to exclusive toilets in the glamping area and be given a wristband for access to the showers on the main festival site.
We have three Glamping experiences – The Classic Package, The Luxury Package and for those of you that want something special; the Super Luxury Package. You can find specific details about each in the ‘description’ tab below.

The Brook Bell Tent Classic Package
The Classic package is our entry level Bell Tent package and sleeps up to 4 people. These Bell Tents come with dressings and furnishings and you can choose any combination of single and double beds.

Plenty of warm bedding and cosy bed wear. We also recommend you bring a torch for late night trips to the loo and lots of layers for when the sun goes down.
The Brook Bell Tent Luxury Package
The Luxury package includes all the glorious interior furnishings of the classic package along with home luxuries such as bedding and can sleep up to 4. You can order any combination of single and double mattresses to suit your individual requirements.

What to bring:
Just yourselves, no need to bring along heavy duvets or acrylic sleeping bags although a cosy throw if you get chilly at night would not go amiss to keep you super cosy!
We also recommend you bring a torch for late night trips to the loo, lots of layers for when the sun goes down and cosy bed wear.
The Super Luxury Package
Our Super Luxury Package includes all of the above, but in addition to luxury bedding and warm duvets you also receive a cosy throw/blanket and cushion set, fluffy towels for use in the showers, and additional mood setting interior fairy lights. This package adds a touch of luxury to all aspects of your stay with a bistro twin set outside the tent (a table and 2 chairs) and to top it off a bottle of wine and glasses on arrival (non alcoholic option available). This package sleeps up to 2 only.
