Treat yourself to a superb 3-night Glamping experience with Brook Bell Tents at The Hot Rod Hayride on 29th July – 1st August 2027 at Bisley Shooting Centre.
Accommodation packages are for Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Event tickets are available separately at www.hotrodhayride.co.uk
Thursday ticket holders can arrive any time after midday. Friday arrivals are welcome from 9am onwards.
Just roll in, unpack and settle into your tent which will be waiting for you in the glamping area at the fabulous Bisley site, just a short walk from the show field, music venues, food stands and bars.
A staffed Reception tent, Hospitality Tent with complimentary tea and coffee and a Chill Out Tent with phone charging points will be provided for Glampers’ use throughout the weekend. You will also have access to real flushing toilets and showers!

The Brook Bell Tent Classic Package
The Classic package sleeps 2 to 4 people depending on which option you choose. These Bell Tents come with dressings and furnishings.
Each tent comes fully equipped with;
To keep costs down please feel free to bring lots of cosy bedding from your own bed however, if you want to travel light please book the luxury package
What to bring:
Just yourselves and your bedding.
We also recommend you bring a torch for late night trips to the loo, lots of layers for when the sun goes down, plenty of warm bedding (if you’re bringing your own) & cosy bed wear.
The Brook Bell Tent Luxury Package
The Luxury package includes all the glorious interior furnishings of the classic package along with home luxuries such as bedding and can sleep 2 to 4 people. In addition you can order any combination of single and double mattresses to suit your individual requirements.

Just yourselves, no need to bring along heavy duvets or acrylic sleeping bags although a cosy throw if you get chilly at night would not go amiss to keep you super cosy!
